vintagegirljan Hi Sandy, I received the coach bag however there is a problem with the zipper, which won’t open fully and the pull tab is missing. This wasn’t noted or shown on the listing. 🙁 it’s otherwise very nice and in good condition, perhaps you weren’t aware of this problem. I have notified PM so they can advise how to proceed, but out if courtesy I wanted to let you know of the issue directly. Hoping we can resolve.

cocopuiyee @vintagegirljan Hi I’m so sorry about that. My mom gave me this bag and I didn’t even know the zipper can be fully opened. The bag was like this when she gave it to me. I didn’t try to hide anything as u can see my description in the post. I mentioned any fraud I know in my post. Just wait PM to deal with it. I apologized for this issue!
