mznova_69 I bought a lime crime palette from you just now and PM didn't give me my free shipping for my first order. I was expecting to pay only $20 and now that I'm being charged $35 I'm no longer interested and want my order canceled. I can't contact support and I'm really unimpressed and feel like I've been scammed.

mznova_69 @spinoh I can't get ahold of anyone... I can't afford $35 either. I was expecting to pay $20 and it's the only reason I wanted to buy this frankly. I feel scammed.

spinoh @mznova_69 I’ve looked into this and you can cancel the order from your end (you have three hours from the purchase time). I don’t want to get penalized for canceling the order from my end. Thanks

spinoh @mznova_69 I’ve also messaged support. I am waiting for an answer. I won’t ship until I have confirmation they will refund you the money for the shipping. If they don’t answer in a couple of days, I will go ahead and cancel the order for you. Thanks
