vintagetrendz Hey Sara I apologize for this mix up , I seen that Poshmark have resolved this case as approved but I still don’t know how to get the sunglasses back to rightful buyer and I did have your wine glasses ready to ship to you but they have have not sent me new label.

sara_child This is my first order through Poshmark. They just sent me a return label to return the sunglass to you and they say they are refunding my money. I would still like the wine glasses. I'm not sure how to resolve from your end. If you send the wine glasses I am happy to pay.

sara_child I'm assuming the glasses will come back to you and then you will send out to the other buyer? Maybe I have to rebuy the wine glasses?

vintagetrendz @sara_child Well Poshmark customer service wasn’t very helpful as to this situation, they really didn’t explain properly what to do about the sunglasses so I’m guessing their not sending you a shipping label for them and as for the wine glasses they said you’d have to rebuy them so again so I’d have to repost them.

vintagetrendz @sara_child oh they didn’t charge you for the wine glasses because you didn’t receive them and they know that , that’s why I have to repost the wine glasses so you can buy them again. And I’m glad they sent you a shipping label for the sunglasses.
