daragreenberg Ok let me know. My friend started using it and told me last night she had irritated eyes and given my sensitive eyes I am now scared to use it. What is the tracking # if it was already shipped? You are quick! The app said 3-10 days to process and ship and it is just 9 am in Vancouver!

sarahhughes111 @daragreenberg Haha, yes, we literally just missed each other! I ship all my orders first thing in the morning to avoid crazy post office lines as they are really backed up right now with lines around the block due to social distancing. EyEnvy is extremely gentle and doesn’t have steroids in it like some growth serums so a lot of people who are sensitive are totally fine on it.

sarahhughes111 I’m extremely sensitive and I’m totally fine. And The results are amazing! You can use it on your brows too and it totally works. For hypersensitive eyes you are only supposed to use it every 3rd day. Tell your friend to only use it every 3rd day at first till she gets used to it and to make sure she wipes most of it off on the bottle before applying it. You only need a thin thin layer.

sarahhughes111 @daragreenberg A lot of people use too much which causes sensitivities. She can try every 2nd day if she’s tolerating it better. The Keratin Essence one that I have is also extremely gentle and no one has ever had a reaction - it’s less potent than EyEnvy so the results aren’t as insane but it’s very gentle and does work. sarahhughes111 @daragreenberg Yes I shipped EYEnvy. I meant for future, you could try the Keratin Essence if you find EyEnvy too strong. If you only use EyEnvy every 3 days with a very thin layer you shouldn’t have any problems though

blancatorresg Hi. I placed an order in January and as per your records it was sent Jan 16 2021. However when I call Canada post they say the label was only created on feb 3. The tracking # is 1023038318034347. Can you please let me know when my item was actually sent? Tks.

sarahhughes111 @blancatorresg Hi Blanca, thank you for your order. I just looked into it and I submitted the item to Canada Post on January 16th (I ship all my items within 1-2 days) It appears that Canada Post sent the item to a holding centre on Feb 1 and my guess is they created a new shipping label for it Feb 3rd after it left the holding centre. They are having a lot of delays due to Covid and weather so I’m guessing this has something to do with it.

sarahhughes111 @saalala Hi, no worries, it’s actually not a problem as most people prefer to use the disposable eyeliner brushes (you can get them super cheap off amazon) This is what Latisse the prescription growth serum recommends doing. Optometrists recommend this as the product doesn’t get contaminated and lasts a lot longer. If you don’t want to do that though you can return the item and I’ll arrange a refund.

sarahhughes111 @saalala Yes, you just need to ship it back and once the refund has gone through you could just purchase another one and I’ll send you a new one.
