style_hive Hi, I was packing up your recent purchase and I noticed that some of the thread has come lose on the hem of the teal J. Crew sweater creating a tiny hole 😩 I can’t believe! It’s only been worn a few times. I must have snagged it on something. Anyway, I wanted to tell you in case you wanted to cancel the order. Or if you like, pick out another item in my closet for free. I’m so sorry about this!!
