sarahloveshops @wendieann I love it! I’ve been doing it for a year now and it’s been amazing. It’s also a lot of work, but fun! My biggest tips would be to share your own closet 3-5 times a day and list items every day if you can. ☺️ don’t waste time sharing other people’s items, it doesn’t really help much. Better to spent your time sharing your own items!

sarahloveshops @buckeyefanoh I would encourage them- that there IS a great job market for it. When I was younger, I felt like people would always tell me that "there are no jobs in that field." I was able to score a job right out of college. I'd encourage them to not only explore the residential design field, but look into the other sectors - hospitality, healthcare, education, etc... I personally found my passion in commercial design, working on office spaces. There are so many options out there.

sarahloveshops @buckeyefanoh a great way to get started is by learning some of the basics of interior design - there are so many great youtube videos explaining how to hand-draft, use computer software (Google has a free version of SketchUp that's great practice), etc... It's never a bad idea to look out for interior design publications (Interior Design Magazine is a great one) to get educated! There are some great Instagram accounts as well. I hope this helps!

sarahloveshops @buckeyefanoh (not sure how old your kiddo is) - would just encourage them to explore the world of architecture/design and become inspired by the world around them. That may sound vague, but is the best way to become a good designer, in my opinion!
