sarahjane409 @cathesimard can I ask you something? I am to ship something by today and I went to the post office yesterday and they said it wasnt prepaid it would have to say prepaid on the slip. Yet the email said it is prepaid. Im confused! I sent an email but i havent heard back yet not sure what to do

cathesimard @sarahjane409 I understand Post office staff are always confused with the first time they guve dervice with poshmark label. (Now in my city they are used to it) To simplify you can say « it’s kind of a return ». If really the staff at the post office is grumpy, go in another post office or put the item in a red boxes. cathesimard @sarahjane409 no problem, Ambassadors are here to help ^_^ In fact, to gets better stats the best is to swhip inside 2,5 days. But, with tbe covid situation you have up to 10 days to ship ^_^ passed the 10th day the buyer can « cancel » his purchase. But dont be affraid, shipping on 3rd day is excellent too 👍🏻
