ohsothriftyx Hi there! I just received your rating and I wasn't sure how to respond so I came here! I am so so sorry about the packaging being so tight!! I am so sad that it led to a hole being cut in the sweater, I feel terrible. Is there anything I can do to make up for it? I would be willing to refund if you wanted to open a case!
