runhairdontcare Hey @sorr1973 ! I went to pack up the Franco Sarto heels for you to mail out today and realized that I listed the size wrong! The shoes say 9.5. I am an 8.5 and I have always thought they were 8.5, they fit me well however I wanted to let you know so that we can cancel the order if need be! I am so sorry!

keptwoman1 Hi There, I wanted to reach out as I'm a bit confused on the rating you left for the sandals and the things you say could be improved upon. Item Description: I left a lengthy description of the sandals in the ad, part of it even came from The Oulaki website. I included 9 pics. Packaging: Each shoe was wrapped with paper and then placed in a shipping box and taped securely. Seller Responsiveness: I was never contacted about any questions or concerns you had pre/post purchase.

keptwoman1 Cleanliness: the item was basically brand new, as seen in the photos they were in mint condition. Ship Time: I took them to the post and shipped them within 24 hours of receiving your purchase notification. I live in ON and you in BC so Canada Post took a week to deliver them. Hopefully the package wasn't damaged on delivery. I take a lot of care and pride in the items I sell and how I ship them and I'm disappointed and sorry you feel this wasn't a 5 star purchase.
