shoplillyshop I’m sorry that you’re not happy with the Tiffany prescription glasses you purchased. I did not expect such low ratings from you. They have not been taken out of the box for some time and I didn’t notice they’re dusty as described by you. Ali’s, I must be colour blind when I say they’re black, however my comments were that they’re black and tortoise. No intention to avoid the truth for any reason. I apologize if I created any inconvenience for you.

shaleymct @shoplillyshop when you are selling “luxury” items you really should get the descriptions correct. Especially when someone asks you the questions for clarification. You clearly said “black and turquoise” NOT “tortoise and turquoise”. Two very different colours. And when you use stock photos with different colours you should be very clear in your descriptions that the stock photos are a different colour. This was false advertising and extremely disappointing.

shoplillyshop When I said black and turquoise I was referring to the colour of the lenses. In any case, no intention to present anything that this item was not. Further comments are unnecessary.
