olas6418 so they've emailed me about marking it as delivered. Is it possible that you may need to pick it up at Canada Post and that's why you haven't received it? otherwise, there's a chance Canada Post lost it 😔 in that case, there's nothing I can do, but you can email PM support, and they will investigate. this happened to one of my buyers and she got her money returned in full. so sorry for the inconvenience! typical Canada Post, wish pm used ups
