shelleymosey @kellyk72 hello Kelly, I'm a beginner with Poshmark, so I don't know how to access the info for shipping the product out to the buyer or how to receive payment.

kellyk72 @shelleymosey, if you are using the app on your phone, on the bottom right corner, click the little icon above your name. It will take you to a new screen. About 1/3 of the way down the list is Payment Methods. Follow the prompts to fill in your info( your banking info is completely safe here). When you make a sale, Poshmark will send an email notification with the shipping label attached to it that you can click and print.

shelleymosey @kellyk72 My android phone wouldn't let me complete anything, so now I'm on my desktop. Does that buyer still want the long blue satin dress? If so, how do I proceed with the transaction on my desktop?

kellyk72 @shelleymosey, did they set up a bundle or like the dress? You can message them and ask if they are still interested first. On your computer on the upper right-hand side, click on your avatar, and a pop-up screen will take you to your account settings, and you can do the same steps as I mentioned to do before.
