russelb1 Hi there; I don’t know how else to contact you but I wanted to say thank you for the letter opener and gift, that was very kind of you. However, the opener was damaged during shipping as it arrived cracked. I’m sure the -30 days we had was the reason for it cracking. I opened a case as I’m not sure what their procedure is on damaged items due to shipping. Just wanted to let you know what was happening.
