gazebogussie @kbellas609 I've reached out to them to point out that the buttons were whole in the picture that I posted and asked them if they have insurance on Canada Post shipments to cover this kind of thing.

kbellas609 @gazebogussie they do as I received an item last week but CANADA post put a clear package over the original soft pack saying it was damaged. So sorry they said I must return by Thursday
