classywardrobe1 Hey Janet - I am so sorry that Canada Post wrecked your new boots. I’m honestly so disappointed. I don’t know how to initiate a claim, or if Poshmark does that for me. I guess I’ll just wait until tomorrow. This must be so disappointing for you! Sharon

sisterpretty @classywardrobe1 Hi, I was so saddened when I opened package- the boots are gorgeous, but unfortunately wet and moldy. I am not sure if Poshmark initiates the claim or you but the website states the seller has to process the lability claim.

sisterpretty @classywardrobe1 Not your fault! Very poor handling of the mail by Canada Post ☹️ The boots were beautiful but they couldn’t even clean up the damage from the mold was so bad.
