iouliasokolova Hello! If you are not happy with the bracelet, please return it and I would be happy to accept it. I am not sure what you meant by " improvement " as the bracelet has been purchased at Pandora and it's an original item. The photo represents exact look of the item. I am not sure what your expectations were and I am not sure in what area I have to improve.

sonyamari56 @iouliasokolova Hi, I do love the bracelet. I was looking to replace my much older bracelet like this. I'm thinking because it was so old it had been made of a thicker leather. This is no reflection on you, more on Pandora who has made the same bracelet with less material.

iouliasokolova @sonyamari56 Probably Pandora offers different products now...I am not sure,however, you gave me 4 stars and commented to improve (?). I have purchased this bracelet last Christmas and wore it ones and found it very uncomfortable...this is why I decided to sell it. The item is authentic.
