closetsecrtshop Hi. I followed up with Canada Post on October 6th and have started an Inquiry ticket as to the whereabouts of our package. They said we have to wait till October 13th to see if it shows up, if it doesn’t then they start an investigation. I have let Posh customer service know. Not sure what steps to take from here??

closetsecrtshop @staceycleave1 oh my. Posh reached out to me during the week to say they would pay me out as the tracking on the item had started. Maybe they have closed the sale, check to see if they have returned your payment. If not reach out to them. So sorry for all this…I’m questioning doing any further sales, afraid this might happen again.
