sweetheartsla @laketahatfield Hi! Welcome to Poshmark! Once you get the hang of it, you will love it! When you post something it automatically goes to your feed/followers for them to see. If someone likes your item, that means they like it and they want to remember it for later, or for when you may drop the price. You don’t have to drop the price right away. I usually wait until I have a hand full of ‘likers’ before I do that. There are 2 options to drop prices.

sweetheartsla @laketahatfield One being, you want to drop the price for everyone who sees the post, and your price drops on your item. The second being, you drop the price for your likers and they have 24 hours to accept, deny, counter, or ignore. 🙃. Then your price goes back to what you had it listed at after 24 hours, so you aren’t constantly dwindling your price to nothing. I prefer the offer to likers, bc those are the people that are interested!

sweetheartsla @laketahatfield When people bundle things, sometimes it may be an accident, other times they are telling you that they really like your item and they want you to give them a deal. If they bundle something, then you want to offer them a price. There is an offer button at the bottom of that bundle for you to do so, and you can give shipping discounts as well. I hope this helps! laketahatfield Steph, I listed a North Face Hooded ladies Sz Small jacket yesterday. It shows in my closet but it’s not on the North Face brand page. I searched for women Small and went thru all of them and it’s not there. Did I need to do something when I listed it?

sweetheartsla @laketahatfield Yes! You need to add the brand ‘NorthFace’. All you have to do is go back in the item and edit it to add the brand. That way when there are parties that may include that brand, you can share that item to the party! That goes for all of your items. Always try to add the brand, that way if someone is looking for a particular brand, your items will show up!

sweetheartsla @saveddd1 You share to your followers, or if there is a party going on, you can Share to the party if that item meets the requirements. For example, if there is a summer barbecue party, you can share dresses and sandals and things like that. It won’t let you share in the party if it doesn’t pertain. The party will show up right above where it says ‘my followers’ when you go to share.

sweetheartsla @saveddd1 There are 4 parties a day. As far as remembering who shared your items, sometimes it gets confusing if a lot of people are sharing your items. I just do my best to remember those items I have shared, and those I have not. You aren’t gonna remember them all, but as long as you are trying and sharing items then you should be fine!

sorts Hi my name is Judiann and I just started selling on Poshmark not to long ago....I just had an incident happen with a young man who bought a Burton Preowned & worn Jacket from me...This was my jacket and I have had it for years... He claimed it stunk like smoke and and had cig burns which no one smokes and we dont have pets either....but I did tell him I had been to a few Bon fires in it....He wrote nasty Comment and I wrote him back and told him to send the jacket back and I will refund his $$$$

sweetheartsla @sorts Hi! So sorry you are having troubles. Click at the bottom right hand section of your app where your Poshmark name is. There is a ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ section. Click on that and scroll down to the bottom. There is a blue ‘contact support’ button. Click that and fill out those questions. Poshmark will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Hope everything works out!

momoposher I saw your review about dirty sleeves on the jacket you purchased & that it looked worn. My SO received it as a gift & it didn’t fit. You can tell from the inside of the jacket that there’s no pilling or sign of use. If you look at my posts I disclose pilling, flaws, etc & if items are used. My reputation is very important to me which is why I’m always honest about my items. I apologize if you believe the jacket was worn however I can assure you it was never used beyond trying it on.
