stepher_2000 @terasinahurley question for you...I made a mistake on my listing with the size. Now the buyer wants a refund. How does it work. I only made $2 on the listing so I don’t want to have to give a refund and pay shipping back to me. What do I do.

unicorndreams05 @stepher_2000 Theres a few options. Have Posh ussue a refund in return posh will send the buyer a return label. Once you get the item back you can reposh. Or, you can have posh issue the refund, tell yhe buyer to keep the item and reposh.

stepher_2000 @terasinahurley almost everyday I have a posher make bundles and offer ridiculous low amounts. I’ve counter in the beginning, but never got a decline or counter back. I’ve sent messages asking them if I could help them out and never get replies. I’m not sure what to do. I guess just ignore it? It just gets annoying having this big bundles with 6, 8 and 10 items and then offering $5

unicorndreams05 @stepher_2000 It is ridiculous and fustrating. Those people are lowballing you. Just let there offer expire. If they want to pay 5 bucks they can go to a goodwill store. Be paitient somebody will appreciate what you have and will buy at a reasonable price.

stepher_2000 @terasinahurley hi. I have a problem with a label. When I try and print the label. It says there is an error to request a new label. When I request a new label it says error. Contact support. Still waiting on support. But just wondering if u know what the problem can be.

I just got an email saying support is working on my question and they haven't forgotten me. No I'm sorry I don't know why you got me stumped.

unicorndreams05 @stepher_2000 Check your email or check it tomorrow. I usually get an email along with link to click on to open it and print it off. I print all my labels via computer. maybe that's why?
