I was just waiting to be sure it charges/holds a charge (takes 12 hours :/) if I accept but if for some reason it won’t, how do I handle that? Thank you so much for the adorable bag and lip gloss!! I know you have to make sure the item is intact and working.. from my side of it, the item is good to go 🤗 but as a buyer.. make sure it DOES function... that is why you have 3 days to accept it.. I love poshmark looks out for both sides.. charge that baby up! Let me know if you are good in the next day or so💛🤗🤗🙌🙌🙌

wewillfrockyou @brigitte63!!! I’m soooo bummed! It charges but doesn’t hold a charge like it’s meant to (it’s supposed to hold a charge for two weeks and it didn’t even last 24 hours😢) I’ll try to reset it tomorrow but I don’t think that’s for a battery issue- thoughts?

I mean cell phones can't even make it that long lol.. hmmmmm... my thoughts... maybe call the manufacture, tell them you received this as a "gift" ... ask if it is normal for this to happen? I know it was brand new.. my mom has a couple more of them too..

beeposh2day @cyah82beya also....Ask if there is a feature or advice on it, or warranty, recall on if other customers have had similar issues... maybe there is somthing they can suggest.. or Google this, see if it's on a customer review about the product too, that might help before you call them... If there is even a similar experience, it would be out there on the internet.. I'm not sure it that helps.. let me know what happens.. 🙄🙏🙏🙏

wewillfrockyou @brigitte63 Hi Brigitte, No luck, totally bummed 😢tried resetting it, the whole deal - but it won’t hold a charge. NuFace it says it should hold a charge for 2 wks with 20 min per day treatments :/ just letting you know, if it was a return, maybe that was why :(
