robynthrifts Hi Stephanie. I am quite confused about your rating as I did not use a filter on my photos and mentioned in the description that this bag has a patina since it is vintage (20 yrs old). Also I do not smoke 🤔

stephanierush12 @robynthrifts not sure what to tell you because the purse stunk when I received it and now have to hang it in front of a fan all day wrapped in dryer sheets. I understand patina is inevitable however the strap in your photo is noticeably lighter than the strap that was on the purse sent.

robynthrifts @stephanierush12 I did not use any fancy lighting filters or camera. The photos were done with natural light and my iphone X. Maybe take a look at the photos and description again. That is the exact same bag that i sent you. I have sent out about 40 items on posh with a 5/5 rating as well as on Ebay three times that amount at 100% feedback. You are the first for this and im quite shocked actually. If you were unhappy with your purchase I would have happily taken it back and refunded you.
