stephaniehungg @melissakate117 hi Melissa, I’m so sorry you are dissatisfied with your purchase. I can guarantee that these are not knockoffs and the quality of the shoes are new. Like most cheer shoes, they have a flat, fairly rigid bottom that helps to support the arch of the foot, but will wear in to fit more comfortably over time.
