sugarad Hi, you were contacted indicating the item was shipped, but not tracking. Canceling it means I’m out the money now. Not exactly fair. Poshmark support has been contacted but I do wish you spoke to me before canceling the order

sunkaiwen @sugarad hello, I am actually didn’t see your comment and the app didn’t shows your comment. I just saw you comment three days ago, and I saw it was pending on the shipment, so I thought you didn’t ship it. I will see if I can re-cancel the order. I still want the product, I just don’t know why it was shipped, I thought you don’t want sell it anymore.

sunkaiwen @sugarad I will ask the support to see if I can continue the order. Because on my side, the App send me an email saying they remind you to ship it, and I didn’t receive an email saying this item was shipped, so I thought you haven’t shipped it yet.

sugarad @sunkaiwen oh I see! Sorry! It was mailed a week ago now but is not tracking. It’s happened once to me before. I’m in Ontario so I imagine youll be getting the item this week.

sunkaiwen @sugarad Ok, this is also a first time for me, I purchased a few things before and mailed something out too, but usually I received emails said “ the item is shipped” within a day after me or the seller drop it to the mailbox office. This time, I only receive email said “Poshmark remind the seller to ship the item, and you can cancel the item if they don’t ship it in 7 days”. So, I thought you prefer not to sell it anymore or something else.

sugarad @sunkaiwen I totally understand. I’m sure they’ll be able to fix the problem and yeah it should be this week that you receive it. I’ve sold probably 100 things on here now and this is the second time this has happened. Thankfully it is rare!

sunkaiwen So you mean the item is on the way to me, right? Because Usually if you mail it out, I have paid for the tracked shipping, so it should be trackable. Do you have the tracking number? So I can contact the support team saying this item is on the way to me and I want to continue this order.

sugarad @sunkaiwen yes it was mailed last Sunday. Dropped in the mail box with the shipping label provided to me by Poshmark. It’s just not tracking so it hasn’t been scanned along the way to you

sunkaiwen @sugarad yes, I know. We don’t earn a lot from the stuff we sell, and I don’t want to make it hard for you. Sorry, at first I thought with the policy, the cancel order button was grey, so I shouldn’t be able to cancel if the item is shipped. But it was successful, so I assume it was not shipped.

sugarad @sunkaiwen yeah they need to change that. Pending shipment scan means it has been mailed but was not scanned yet. It’s out of the seller’s hands at that point though so shouldn’t be able to cancel the order. That’s poshmark’s fault

We kindly ask that you have the seller reach out to us if they are experiencing issues wit the tracking of their order.” Could you please reach out to them to fix the issue?
