closetforu Hey! I got an email saying the product is no longer refundable but I was never looking for a refund I just wanted to exchange for the proper bag. I sent it on time and didn’t realize (because it was exam season) that they sent it back saying the shipping label was too small. Are you still willing to exchange the wristlet? Otherwise I won’t bother. I’m really hoping you still are though. Thanks.

iamhare @cassiemcnamara Hi, once the shipping label is used that's it, only good one way. Contact Poshmark again to see if they can reissue you a return shipping label and mention I'm good with it.

killahkari hey! I received the shipment, but unfortunately, the item is completely different. must have been a mistake. is it possible to send this item back to you somehow and get the one I wanted? I received a Darth Vader shirt in size medium, but I purchased the Punisher shirt in size XL.... hopefully, we can work it out. thanks.

iamhare @pereirakarishma Hi, the order is still in pending acceptance once it's accepted I can then go into the order and report wrong item shipped. I will then try to request Poshmark to make a shipping label for both of the items that got switched to hopefully be mailed directly from you and the other customer to you. I have reported the other item which was what you had ordered.
