liat_s @suzysss only you can cancel the purchase from your end , or just not ship it out

suzysss @liat_s I just looked up the details to cancel a purchase. You have to go to your “my purchases”. Select the order you want to cancel. Then select problem/inquiries. You can choose accidentally purchase and then cancel the purchase.

liat_s @suzysss this won’t work for me since I made an offer. Accidental purchases are only for direct buys (no offers made). You can cancel by following the same steps: Click on your Account Tab (@username) Select My Sales. Select the order. Select Problems/Order Inquiry. Select Cancel Order. Select the reason for cancellation to complete your request.
