yvonnemrdavie @tanysfawcett Tanya there is clearly a piece missing on the bag that kept the latch closed. I don't need to explain. I believe you knew this it is obvious and it is rendering the bag unusable. please respond. Thanks.

tanyakfawcett @yvonnemrdavie Hello, I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. I am a little confused as you initially gave it a 5 star rating which makes me wonder? As for the closing of the bag, I was not of aware of this issue. Is it perhaps a weight issue? Please advise as to how you would like to proceed. Tanya

yvonnemrdavie @tanyakfawcett I am not sure if you read the comment that I left with the rating. However I noted that the bag was dirty and had a odor to it. It has nothing to do with the weight of what items were in the bag. I had a wallet and a set of keys in the bag.

yvonnemrdavie @tanyakfawcett It is clear to see that the bag had some other piece so that it could close properly and that piece has come off of the bag . There is no reasonable way that that bag could stay closed based on the way that it is made. I will write a email to email to Patricia Nash and and ask them if that bag comes with another piece attached to it you can see on the brass that there was another piece there.

yvonnemrdavie @tanyakfawcett You also photographed the bag the bag and made it look like it was a rich red color . it is not a rich red it is almost an orange red. I am not going to argue this I believe you know this bag has issues and I want to know what you are prepared to do about it. ? We adults we can talk about this. You cannot re- sell a bag that does not work.

yvonnemrdavie @tanyakfawcett First I apologize if the messages seem illitetate or confused as I used voice message. I looked at the bag and the pic where the closure is. Theres definitely a piece missing. I do not need you to confirm. That is disappointing and I have no words for someone who would sell a faulty bag and try to deflect it onto the buyer. You can have your piece of garbage back. Your welcome for the leather conditioning and cleaning .

yvonnemrdavie @tanyakfawcett I went to the Patricia Nash website and there is a piece missing and you know this . .....this is what it says about this "satchels closure " "(Foldover snap closure Signature antique brass hardware") it is a satchel not a clutch as you had it listed . your whole posting and photos were misleading .

tanyakfawcett Hi Yvonne, You are making many assumptions about my intent. The bag you received looked just as advertised. I did not doctor the photos. As for the closure, contrary to your accusations, I was not aware of this problem. Like you, I bought the bag on consignment and never used it. Would you like to discuss a solution or not?

yvonnemrdavie @tanyakfawcett I am not making any assumptions. I have the almost orange colored bag with a broken clasp in my possession. The photo looks bright red . You had it listed as a clutch it is not a clutch it is a satchel. The bag was filthy and still has stains from the brass engrained into the leather on the sides.

yvonnemrdavie @tanyakfawcett The closure as I stated, just picking up the bag you would notice it does not stay shut. I wanted to love this bag.I cannot afford to throw money away. I am.an honest person . I have over 20 sales all 5 star ratings because I stand by everything I sell and know my products. You are representing yourself and Poshmark. Not to mention the thousands of other sellers on this platform. Do the right thing. It is your choice from here.
