sophiewarin @taravoncrumpet I understand but it's not my fault!!! I really made an effort to make everyone happy but the person didn't put the right label on the right box... The lady who received your pillow will send it to you when she gets back from her vacation... don't worry! I'm so sorry again 😞. I know that's a ridiculous situation... I understand your point of view. I feel really bad but error can happen (first time for me on Poshmark...).
