remarai22 Hi Tasha. FYI. I just called Canada Post regarding the purse that I shipped last week. Looks like the purse is still in Vancouver. I asked them to put a rush on the shipment as it’s taking a lot longer than expected. They advised that due to Covid, everything is taking longer to get out. Sorry for the delay.

tashajay9 @remarai22 thank you for updating me!! Funny enough Poshmark’s headquarters is in Vancouver so not sure why it’s taking forever!!!! It has to go to them, they authenticate it and then send it to me in Toronto - will probably get it for Father’s Day in June.. LOL

remarai22 @tashajay9 Hi Tasha. I just got off the phone with a Supervisor at Canada Post. She said the shipment was stalled at one of the post office hubs. She has contacted the hub and instructed them to send out the shipment as soon as possible. Poshmark should have the shipment before the end of the week. Sorry for the delay.

remarai22 @tashajay9 I totally understand. It’s frustrating!! I have a service ticket with Canada Post now and I’m expecting a call from the supervisor with another update tomorrow. I’ll keep you posted.

tashajay9 @remarai22 - Thank you - at this rate I could have driven to BC (from Toronto) picked it up, dropped it off at the headquarters, waited the time for it to be authenticated and then driven back home. I get COVID19 is a factor but this is beyond that factor, I have received items coming from Europe faster!!

remarai22 @tashajay9 Totally! It looks like it’s on its way to Poshmark today. I’ve also sent them an email to request that they ship the parcel to you, once authenticated, using the quickest shipping method available.

tashajay9 @remarai22 - not sure what to do at this point.. still hasn’t been delivered - at this point my patience is now growing into frustration and anger.. it’s a delivery within the province - like WTH?!

remarai22 @tashajay9 I just called Canada Post and waited over an hour to speak to an Agent. They advised that it’s being delivered to Poshmark today. I also emailed Poshmark and asked them to courier the package to you via express post. I’m hoping you get it early next week🤞🏽🙏🏽

tashajay9 @ddejsm - LOL of course! I have a generic Mother’s Day card so I will do that for you. yes they come in the box.. the soles are pristine - it’s just the way the shoe is made, but I will wipe them down again - I never wore them outside..
