To be clear it couldn't be from my end since I have no ability to say that you received it or not so Right of the bat it certainly wasn't me!! You don't need to leave a rating even though they ask & if you decide to you would be rating them but it will affect me. I don't know what else to say but I will write them to mention how pissed you are! I would be too but I'm just sad since a lot of fraud with mail going on and it hurts
