secondsandnew Hello Tea - please accept my apologies re your problems with the coat that you purchased. You are correct re the shoulder pads not being included in the description - I am at fault. Also I am surprised with the smoke odor that you detected because I am a non-smoker. However, I will abide with your decision to return it. You have to contact Poshmark for the return sticker.
