bwe2010 Oh goodness. Teighan, if it is broken that was not the case when I shipped it. It was brand new and I received it as a gift and have never worn it. Full stop. Happy to take it back if that is even possible on this platform and have it looked at or keep it even as it was a gift and I already felt bad selling it in the first place.

teighanduffy @bwe2010 no worries! I tried to comment before accepting the order so I could let you know I did email poshsupport because I didn’t know what the process was or what happened. I originally assumed that it broke during shipping. I was going to take it to the Pandora store where I’m from to see if they can tighten it.

teighanduffy @bwe2010 it’s only the bracelet the charm is in perfect condition and I believe that charm is retired as well because I’ve wanted the charm for a while but couldn’t find it anywhere.
