roxy2929 @temickiep I don't have a complete answer. U.S. and Canada markets are separate on Poshmark. And have separate postage systems. Poshmark questions and answers say Canadian can order if shipped to U.S. address. Just don't fall for one of those scams to do business off Poshmark.

roxy2929 @temickiep You would probably have to cancel the entire order. Maybe if it's not too bad contact the buyer and explain see if they still want it. Is it a clothing item? Anyway you could remove the mark?

temickiep @roxy2929 Hello, I am trying to figure out how to release a return item back on to my Poshmark, it was returned because I didn’t put in my description that there were a few markings on the sleeves. Now do I have to make a whole new listing for it? The old one still has sold on it, and I can’t remove it.

roxy2929 @temickiep Hi, unfortunately Poshmark doesn't remove sold listings, so sorry. I have a return myself. Believe it or not she questioned that it was not a new item, even though it looked new and had all tags attached!!! They let her return it. I feel your pain. Yes, you have to do a whole new listing. Keep moving ahead, you're doing great!

Someone bought a pair of pants from me yesterday are usually go into the post office to mail it off so that I can get a receipt, due to this virus the inside of post office is closed. Could you give me some advice on how I should ship this package off?
