poshinyeg Hi Teresa! I shipped the Zara dress last week but just received an email that the package was rerouted back to me as the packaging was damaged or the label is unreadable. I've never had this issue with Canada post before, and I've never had an issue with my shipping bags. When I receive it back I will ensure the dress is clean and good to go before I repackage and ship it back to you. Not sure why this happened but I wanted to keep you in the loop. Thanks!
