seashelley1 Hi Thina . I’m not sure what has been concluded about the rose gold make up case . I was trying to message you to thank you for your quick response and tell you how grateful I was you were trying to help me resolve the situation . When I responded to your message with photos , it automatically turned it into an unresolved case ….that was not my intentions ! And if I’ve caused you any problems let me know how I can resolve it .

thina013 @seashelley1 hey! Ohh okay that makes sense, np! I’m not sure how to close the case either, this is the first time going through this situation. I think Poshmark will probably refund the order given the pictures. I can send you another one if you want to place another order, or if you’d like to wait until the first refund goes through we can do that too. :) lmk!
