I have over 95+ 5 - star reviews and have never received a 4 - star, so I'm quite worried and disheartened at what I could have done better -- especially in light of the fact that I accepted your extremely low offer.

babieslulu Thank you so much for accepting my extremely low offer. The dress has a hole in it. You didn't post a picture on the add so I gave it a 4 star review. I'm new to using poshmark. I didn't think someone would be hurt by a 4 star review.

sofinelydone @babieslulu thanks so much for updating your rating -- I appreciate it. It's okay -- not hurt feelings, just worried you had a bad experience I didn't know why. I'm really sorry you found a hole in the dress -- I definitely didn't know it had one or else I would have disclosed it. I hope it's a hole easily fixed and that you're still happy with the bundle at that price.

sofinelydone @babieslulu sorry I just saw your comments. The ratings hurt your overall score, but I was more worried about what I could do to fix it in the future so it didn't happen again. The comment about finding a hole shows up on my Love Notes though (go to my page and click on "About" and scroll down). It's where you can see how sellers did in the past!

sofinelydone @babieslulu this might be asking too much, but would you consider removing the comment? I know you probably didn't know it shows up. I wish there was something I could do to make it up to you. I had no idea it had a hole. All I can think of is if you buy something else you see you like, I'll send lots of extra goodies!
