madamemiyagi I have some good news, ma chérie! Here is Poshmark's reply: Thanks for your email! We are sorry to hear that your package has not been tracked. Our system which is highly accurate does not show that your package has entered the mail stream. However, as a courtesy, we would be happy to provide you with your earnings in addition to refunding the buyer as part of our insurance service. You might still get the package eventually – sooner than later, I hope! – but for sure you will get a refund!

v_s_smith @maria_items as I explained in the return case, it literally broke on me when I unfolded it. didn't even get a chance to use it. don't know why you are pointing fingers but I tried emailing poshmark support first before opening a case and explaining to them that it wasn't my or your fault and they told me to open a return case so I did. i don't think it's your fault that the bassinet instantly broke on me but I shouldn't pay for something like that either.
