billyboyred1 I'm quite sorry you had an issue with your purchase, the item comes from a home with NO smokers and all item are steam cleaned b4 shipment. I'm really not sure how what you describe in your rating can be accurate .. I was never the less quite disappointed to hear of your disappointment 😔.

luxeislove @billyboyred Thanks for reaching out. Whoever owned these shoes was definitely a smoker. The whole box including the tissue paper was really heavy with smoke. I have made many purchases on Posh as an active seller too, and have never come across that problem. The smoke is really strong.
