wendyhan20 @charthompson18 Hi. Not sure where the message I just sent goes to. I can’t figure out a few things on this app. Anyway, I’ll type it in here too. I have been watching that the poncho isn’t tracking. I mailed it in a mailbox near my home. I usually go into the post office, but I used a mailbox on Monday the 11th, at 11:00am, on my way out of town. I reported to Poshmark that I mailed it. They said for me to report again this Thursday (21st), if it still isn’t tracking. Ridiculous.

wendyhan20 @mariehall345 the postage is paid through Poshmark by me. It is cheap. Poshmark negotiated a cheaper rate with Canada Post. Usually, all packages mailed through Poshmark are $13.49, paid by the buyer. Because this is your first sale, Poshmark reduces the shipping to encourage the sale.

If they have your payment info, maybe it will all go through properly. They will be in touch. Poshmark support will sort it all out. I’m not concerned at all.
