northcounrty Hi. Hope you are well. I purchased the white top shop pumps with a whit and black dress that couldn’t be found when you you preparing my order. Then you relished the white pumps and I bought them with a white linen dress. Can you please cancel the first order that was never shipped, and I never received it so that I can be refunded for the first order the was never shipped and never received. I have not received a credit for my first incorrectly charged order.

You charged me 2x. 1st Order: a black & white dress with white top shop heels. *You couldn’t located and didn’t ship the black & white dress with heels. *You said you would credit my purchase. 2nd Order: a white linen dress with the same white top shop heels from 1st order. I received 2nd order and I accepted it. I have not received the first order and I have not accepted it, because you could not find the dress and did not ship 1st order. Please cancel & refund 1st order
