carladmiller hi there, I noticed that the item I've shipped to you, aritzia leggings isn't being delivered due to business being closed. :( I'm wondering if the address you provided is your work address? and maybe it's closed due to covid-19?

carladmiller @zanzibarrose hi there, so strange that the item has not yet arrived. I will reach out to Canada Post and poshmark about this. on my side on poshmark it shows up as delivered, so I thought we were all good. as for Canada Post ( I also have the tracking number) it shows no updates since March 17. I will follow up with you. sorry about this!

carladmiller @zanzibarrose hi again, so I got a response from poshmark saying that they have assisted you. and now it shows up as "resolved". did you receive your item or get refunded?
