I moved from Pittsburgh PA to Atlanta in May 2014. Within 4 years, I had left my husband to find safety for my son and myself. I was physically and emotionally battered and looking for a chance to find myself (and hold on to the 100 lbs I had lost along the way). I got sick in 2019 and was diagnosed with lupus 1 year later.
