lornyann Hi I has purchased an Apple Watch from you before Xmas and it says it is locked to your acct still and you have to unpair it ,remove it from your device /find my iPhone etc I has assumed this was done when I bought it from you ? Can you please help me with this as it’s a gift and it’s been stressful this morning trying to figure it out till I realized it wasn’t reset ? Please help me with this ? Thank you I also messaged you on Instagram

thriftthe6ix @lornyann hi, I’m so sorry you’re having trouble with this! I reset the Apple Watch completely before I shipped it out so it would be ready to pair to a new phone, but maybe it is still linked to my AppleID somehow. I will send you a direct message over Poshmark and we will figure it out.

lornyann @thriftthe6ix thank you !!! It says you just need to take it off of your find my iPhone and remove device from phone etc so I think it shouldn’t hard ,I appreciate it!!❤️
