csteppig @hildaprevite Hi Hilda! Welcome to Poshmark and thank you so much for your purchase. I hope you love it!! When you order an item off of Posh, they will automatically bill you the full amount, but then Poshmark themselves actually hold the money until the item is delivered to you. Once it is delivered, the buyer has 72 hours to go onto Poshmark and "accept" the order (giving you time to make sure it was as described etc.).

csteppig @hildaprevite Once the buyu longer than 72 hours, the funds are automatically released to the seller. Poshmark just acts as an intermediate with the moneoy to ensure that both parties are insured. I hope that helps!! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. csteppig @hildaprevite Once the buyer accepts the item on the Poshmark website or mobile app, the funds are then released to the seller. If the buyer waits longer than 72 hours, the funds are automatically released to the seller. Poshmark just acts as an intermediate with the money to ensure that both parties are insured. The holiday and bad weather made it take a little longer than usual to ship, but they have already been scanned in by USPS and this shows on my end on Poshmark. Does it not show that way under your purchases tab? If you haven’t received an email with tracking yet, you should tonight around midnight when Poshmark sends them out in bulk ☺️ I hope you love them!!!
