runs_in_heels HI...Can you please help me with something? You had kindly answered one of my questions in a feed I had going with, whom I now believe to be a scammer, and being extremely new to this, I could use your advice. I just made my very first purchase on here, and within less than 24 hours she's had two outlandhish excuses as to why she couldn't send my initial purchse...it was 'stolen'...and today her uncle died. What should I do?

runs_in_heels Yes, it was. But that one was apparently 'stolen' out of her car right after I bought it. NO payment went through though so I guess I'm safe? That would have been my VERY FIRST purchase on this site, and now I have to say I'm very gunshy.

division @runs_in_heels yes, I saw the conversation! The bag wasn't authentic and she knew that it wasn't. Next time, you have 3 hours to cancel a purchase. And there are a lot of scammers and fake items on this site. It used to be much better but unfortunately you do have people that will scam you. Check there ratings and their love notes. That can help. And you can always tag me. If I can't help I'll direct you to someone that can 😊

division @runs_in_heels I don't no if you can speak to anyone directly but you can message them. I think it's contact support on your page....it's in the bottom right corner on your page....I think. From what I've experienced, it's not a quick response. There's a topic called frequent asked questions and it gives you a lot of information. But there is a waiting period on getting refunds and them contacting you. That's why I'm more careful now with what I purchase.
