mikiwall75 Hello. I ordered a ULTA Makeup collection for my grand daughter about 10 days ago. Her birthday is today and as far as I can tell, it hasn't even shipped yet. This is my first order through Poshmark. Can you please let me know how to cancel that order?

xxxblueeyess @mikiwall75 I'm sorry for any inconvience! it has been shipped. the tracking must have not updated. you should be able to view the tracking information under your orders. it should arrive within a few days!

xxxblueeyess @mikiwall75 you have to go under "my purchases". usually the shipment is really quick. you should get it within a few days.bif not please let me know and I can see what I can do on my end

mikiwall75 @xxxblueeyess yes ma'am. I looked under My Purchases and it says I havent made any purchases yet. if you have that tracking number, maybe I can locate the package that way. Please check your records to be sure it shipped and provide the tracking number, if not, please cancel the order.

xxxblueeyess @mikiwall75 that's strange. never had that problem before on here! I did double check under my sales and it is there. it says pending usps scan so once it gets scanned in at the post office you will be able to track it. again it should be there within a few days. the tracking number is for USPS- it is 9405510202061162589912

mikiwall75 @xxxblueeyess It still says "You havent purchased anything yet" on my end. Also has no saved ship-to addresses or payment methods..as if nothing has ever been processed. Just go ahead and give me that tracking number please since it's not updating. With any luck the shipment will be lost so I can get my money back. I had to buy a gift today so she would have something to open.

xxxblueeyess @mikiwall75 the package is not lost. i shipped it out yesterday after the post office closed. once they scan the package in the tracking will update. I sent you the tracking number in the above message.. give it a few days and you will recieve it. I cant cancel the order when it has been shipped out already.

mikiwall75 @xxxblueeyess yes that's the correct account. The message with the tracking number just came in. Thanks for sending that. Your info says you generally ship within 2 days. Is there some reason why it wasn't shipped until after the post office closed yesterday? (on the 26th) I ordered it on the 18th, allowed for the 2 days and time for it to ship from Rhode Island to GA.

mikiwall75 just letting you know that the Ulta make up did finally arrive. I got a message that I needed to "accept" the order by going to MY PURCHASES. Unfortunately, my purchases tab STILL says I havent purchased anything yet. Maybe you can use this message to let them know to release the money to you.

mikiwall75 @xxxblueeyess I believe every word you are saying. However, when I go into the mikiwall88 account...I cannot locate the my purchases tab ANYWHERE. I can do the meet the posher and look at the feed and pretty much everything else I could do in the mikiwall75 account..but no my purchases to be found. I'm still trying tho

xxxblueeyess @mikiwall75 that is crazy. I have no clue why it's not showing on your end other wither of the accounts. I believe after so many days of being delivered poshmark automatically says the item was delivered so I'll be able to get the funds then. no worries as long as you got it!

mikiwall75 @xxxblueeyess she definitely received it and was thrilled. Shes probably over the moon now, as the second one I ordered got delivered today. I dont want to delay your money. I will continue to try to get my account figured out. I think it keeps reverting to the 75 account...going to try to change password and sign in another way. I'm so sorry for the delay
