Hi, I'm Vanessa. I LOVE anything creative to do with self expression - through makeup, hair, styling etc. I experiment and try new techniques and products often which means I have a lot of lightly used or only swatched cosmetics and other items that I post on here. I think a lot about my own consumerism and how I love to shop a lot, and if I can at least reuse and re-home items while learning to "reduce," I'm going to exhaust those options! Some of my favorite brands are Essence, Charlotte Tilbury, Beauty Pie, La Roche Posay, the Ordinary, and the Inkey List. Bundles & trades welcome! oregonmomof5 I bought some boots from u that I thought were perfect, but when I put the black ones on and started to wear them for the first time the zipper broke. I’m sure u probably didn’t even know it because they looked brand new. This has never happened to me so I am not sure what to do!

vj21267 @oregonmomof5 hi, I'm so sorry idk what to do. The best advice I can offer is to email posh support? For sure I wouldn't have sold them if I thought they were damaged in any way. If support can't help, I can offer you an additional percent discount on some other item or bundle if you're interested! I'm so sorry for the inconvenience

BUT you may be able to open a support ticket and I would be happy to work on resolving it with you and Posh.
