fairfoxfindings @ripley11 i sent you a message on the item you purchased as soon as I found out the mistake. I have emailed poshmark on what you need to do. Ideally you report the issue within the 3 day time frame to report a problem but since you are past that time period I have to see what poshmark recommends doing. When you go to your “purchased” section does it allow you to report a problem on that item?

fairfoxfindings @ripley11 I’m not sure exactly how the app looks on your end but on the bottom right corner there is sort of your settings. Mine says @julianafox if you hit that on the 10th line down it says “my purchases” then click on the item you purchased (the shirt) and the very last line says “problems or inquiry” if you click that it should give you the option to report a problem. Let me know if you see that
