klcollection @meanestmom Thank you so much. It's probably before 1997, but that's about all I can say. I couldn't find any references to identify the era of the designer label used. And I'm surprised that I couldn't find more than 2 other pieces for sale on the internet. But nothing as exquisite as this skirt. Also, there is no label that identifies the type of materials used. It's in impeccable condition.
