Hi could you help me...? I am new to posh and the customer support is not helping me. I thought maybe you would have an idea. So I just started listing and I have had a couple people wanting to buy so posh sent me a email where I need to click on the box that says final stage...but when I do it a page pops up saying unsecured site?? what's going on?

@williamsjosie36 good morning! 😃 yes, happy to try to help. When you sell an item, and receive an email from Poshmark, it should say something along the lines of “congrats on selling your item to whoever” and then there should be a link to the shipping label. I have never had a Poshmark email that said I had to click on anything to finalize, that definitely sounds like a scam! I hope this helps, good luck with your sales! 😊
