She was gonna ship them and you started posting scammer about her so you never gave her half the chance to correct the problem. It was your choice to pay the $20 dollars tv for the panties! No one made you. Maybe you should learn to work your problems out before your quick to say SCAMMER! You shouldn’t be quick to bash someone when you didn’t even give a chance to correct the problem.
